    2AB0635V65-Q driver is a dual-channel, high-insulation, high-voltage, multi-parallel driver designed based on the CPLD digital chip and the driver chip independently developed by our company. The switching frequency can reach up to 100kHz ( no-load ). It is specifically designed for applications requiring dual-channel upper / lower half-bridges, high voltage levels ( 6500V and below ), and multi-parallel.

    2AB0635V65-Q is suitable for infineon 's 6500V / 225A XHP packaged IGBT module FF225R65T3E3. This driver supports plug and play, and can directly fix the matching gate plate on the IGBT module through a screw without further transfer processing.

    Note : 2AB0635V65-Q is the drive base plate, which needs to be matched with the gate plate : 2MA35A-XHP65, and the connection line : F3911C series to drive the IGBT module.
